Lori and Jay run an array of mental health and substance abuse groups as well as offer individual counseling at 239 Loudon Road, Concord, NH.
They both believe that most people’s perceptions were developed before the age of seven. They believe as we grow, age and begin to experience life we take on beliefs and perceptions from what we see, hear and do. Some of these beliefs and perceptions may be harmful to us. They have dedicated their career to help people change perceptions and to help them become aware of their thoughts towards themselves and others. Lori and Jay help people open the door to Self-empowerment.
